Why do you ask? If we look at patterns in the past, at any one time, there are usually between 800 – 1,000 properties for sale across the Sutherland Shire. That means there is a healthy number of sellers and buyers that create a buoyant market.
Currently, there are a little over 600 properties for sale and over 200 of those makeup brand new developments meaning that at an adjusted rate there may only be 400 properties on the market which means it’s about half as many properties for sale as what there usually is for a balanced market.
That means, demand is outstripping supply!
